As regional president of Coldwell Banker Realty, Northeast, Pauline Bennett oversees 6,500 agents in 86 sales offices across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and New York City. In 2023, these offices brought in a total sales volume of over $20 billion, reflecting approximately 30,000 transactions.
Bennett is an accomplished and experienced leader with a track record of recruiting top-producing agents while growing operations and market share. Prior to being named Northeast regional president, Bennett served as president of Coldwell Banker Realty in New England, where she managed the company’s sales operations across four states.
Before that, Bennett served as president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Carolinas. In the role, she led operations of the company’s 21 offices and 1,120 affiliated sales associates across North and South Carolina, beginning in 2015. In her short tenure, she doubled the size of the Carolinas company, built organic growth, and rapidly increased its profitability.
In 2018, Bennett was recognized on the cover of HousingWire Magazine as a Woman of Influence in the real estate industry. She was named to the prestigious National Realty Trust (NRT) President’s Council for Managers multiple times, and in 2011, she was one of only 18 leaders from throughout the United States and Canada invited to participate in Coldwell Banker’s® Regional Advisory Committee.
She is a graduate of St. Anselm College in New Hampshire, an avid golfer, and a strong supporter of the brokerage’s charitable foundation.
